Fixing Elements
The precision of fit into the steel construction also affects energy input. That's why FLABEG takes the greatest possible care when applying the fixing elements.

Mirrors, fasteners and adhesives all have the same expansion properties, guaranteeing their durability, even when they're exposed to the extreme temperature fluctuations of a desert climate. The fixing elements are made from a special ceramic material that FLABEG developed specifically for this application. The material's properties include an extremely high mechanical strength, low porosity, minimal moisture regain, and corrosion resistance.
For the adhesive, we use a non-hardening, two-component silicon, which is based on the same material as glass.
