| Axel Buchholz (CEO) Axel Buchholz was born in Stuttgart (Germany) on June 26, 1963. As a graduate in business studies, he began his career in 1990 as Commercial Project Manager at the company Digital Equipment. In 1993, he moved to Mannesmann VDO AG, where he worked until 1998 as Commercial Manager Switzerland then Czech Republic before becoming Managing Director of the global business unit Heating and Air Conditioning. Between 1997 and 2000, Axel Buchholz was employed by Metzeler Automotive Profiles as Vice President Europe. At Magna’s Mirror division from 2000 to 2001 he was involved with the management buyout efforts. In 2001, he was appointed by Heyde AG as CFO to oversee the restructuring and later as CEO to handle the insolvency proceedings. Axel Buchholz has presided over the FLABEG Group as CEO since 2002. FLABEG benefits from his experience in company restructuring and reorganization as well as his in-depth knowledge of finance and sales. Thanks to his entrepreneurial courage to break into new markets, FLABEG is now in a better position than ever before. |

| Rainer Gsell (COO) Rainer Gsell was born in Lindau (Germany) on March 9, 1958. A graduate in plastics engineering, he was employed from 1985 to 1992 by the company Dornier as a Design and Methods Engineer. This was followed by a position as Project Engineer for process development at BTR Automotive, then as Department Manager from 1995. From 1998 to 2000, Rainer Gsell worked as an independent business consultant focusing on Kaizen / Lean Production. Between 2000 and 2001, he was employed by the company Metzeler, first as Head of the Industrial Engineering Division, then as General Manager for Germany. At the end of 2001, Rainer Gsell joined Hymer Leichtmetallbau as Managing Director, before moving to the FLABEG Group, where as COO since April 2005 he is responsible for the factories worldwide. |
