FLABEG Brazil Ltda. Automotive FLABEG Brasil was founded in 2000, along with the separation of the FLABEG Plants from its original owner, the Pilkington group. FLABEG Brazil actually employs 120 people in a 3.000 sqm building, working in two shifts. Our core capabilities are to cut and process external flat and convex automotive mirrors from coated callotes, as well as chrome-coating flat glass. We are concluding the assembly of a bending furnace which allows us also to produce raw callotes as of this FY, along with the extention of our coating habilities to convex glass. The company is located at Indaiatuba, São Paulo State, 90 kilometers from São Paulo City, in an important industrial area shared by several well-known companies both local and from abroad including automotive assemblers such as Toyota and auto parts manufacturers like Valeo. We service the Latin-American Automotive market, which concentrates most of their automotive production in Brasil and Mexico. Our main clients are the Spanish Group Fico, present in both countries, the Brazilian company Metagal and SMR of Mexico. |
